Not only are most of the girls on a form of birth control, but if they do happen to get pregnant, not only would that not become publicly known, but they would probably get an abortion as DanielSan suggested.
That and most porn films have the guy coming on the girl, not in her. Yea, a lot still have it inside, but the chances of getting pregnant, while on birth control, and having constant testing done, is very unlikely.
They make it their business to have sex. Getting pregnant is not good for their career, so they make sure to avoid it.
And no porn star that I know of films every day. They might do photo shoots or something, but they aren't filming everyday. But that should be obvious as you don't see porn stars filming while they are on their period either.
Well the reason they don't wear condoms in them a lot of the time is that it ruins the "fantasy" and people don't want to see a condom when they are watching a porno. And you don't know that none of them ever get pregnant... they probably know the risk but they do it anyway for the money. They would just have to be very spot on with their pills.
Also a lot of the time they are required to have proof that they don't have any STDs so they have to show test results. Which is still very risky because what if they had sex with someone with an STD only today before filming?
Well I'm sure plent of porn stars have ended up knocked up but they could have gotten an abortion or just had a baby and stopped with the porn.
Most porns have the guy cumming all over the girl (true there's some that are inside) but their most likely on the pill. There's no "special pill" for a porn star, they use what us "normal people" use. Lol
When it's used correctly, birth control like the pill and the shot is as close to 100% effective as you can get. Pregnancy's happen when people screw up taking it, or take other medication that interferes.
