I used to have a curved one, but I bought a hammer and straightened it out. It's all very simple, you just need some plywood and nails to construct a docking area for your penis and then drill a horizontal shaft through the walls in order to slide an additional piece of wood through in order to force your curved member to lie absolutely straight. After 3-4 months of daily use and consistent stretching you'll notice the rigidity of your member increase by 20-30%.

Mine is curved upward, It is a very prominent curve.

Mine has a slight curve up to it and there were a few positions you can do. Missionary and the spoon position are two.
