We all have needs, her needs involve not putting herself in a potentially bad situation.
If you're not satisfied with the relationship sexually, try and work it out with her. If you can't reach a compromise-then break it off.
Trying to pressure her into sending you photos she obviously doesn't want to send is not the right thing to do. Try it and eventually she'll realize that she has needs to. They just don't involve you.

Here's a suggestion: Take turns sending pictures to each other. Take it of an unknown body part and make her guess what it is then let her send you one. Then if someone sees the pictures, you won't be able to tell its you or her.
Suggest it but don't pressure her into it. If she's okay with it fine, but there are lots of reasons against giving people nude pictures, so if she has a problem with it don't act like it's your "need".
you shouldn't ask her for nude pics at all.

Now that's just not true, I'm more than willing to keep any and all private pictures to myself, all for the low low fee of $19.95 (42 installments). No seriously, while it may not always be true (I personally wouldn't forward private pictures to others, just a matter of decency), it's never smart to send out private photos on a phone. Even if the person is completely trustworthy, there's always the chance of the phone getting stolen or lost somehow.
