How do you ask someone to join a threesome?

So awkward question, but I just wouldn't know how to ask a girl if she'd be interested in a threesome with me and my guy. Any tips?

I don't think I could ask a friend, because my girlfriends are like family to me. I guess I meant asking a stranger. Just try it and see? ;]

  • Hmm... There are two possibilities, which I will give separate tactics for:

A-) If she is a close friend.

    1-) Mentioning threesome.

Say "Hey, you know, I've heard that X and Y had a threesome. What do you think about that?"

If she is like "so what" or "its very interesting", you can move on to the next stage. But if she's like "that's weird and creepy", you might want to give up.

    2-) Positive Comments.

Say something like "That's exactly what I think. I might try it one day."

If she looks like she's still interested in the subject (in a positive way), then move on to the next stage.

    3-) Specifying.

Change your mind. Say, "You know what, I might even try it this weekend." But to not make it obivous that you have her in mind, say "Do you think [your boyfriend's name here] would be interested?" so that you divert the attention from yourself.

If she still didn't lose interest, and if she's still comfortable about the subject, then move onto the next stage:

    4-) Proposing

Now would probably be the time to ask her something like "Would you like to join us? I would be a lot more comfortable with a close friend.", but make it sound as if its a spontaneous idea.

*** Please note that the tactic above may not work. ***

B-) If she is a total stranger.

1-) Just go ask. You have nothing to lose, since you will never see her again if she says "no".

  • Could you just say to one of your girlfriends that your boyfriend was talking about it, to see what her reaction would be? It wouldn't be you asking her directly... just mention that he was talking about it, not that he was talking about her, necessarily.

    • Yeah but that's my friend that I'll always see, it'd be a bit difficult to look at her the same. I'd rather it be someone unknown or that he knows.

  • My understanding is that this is usually more comfortable when it's someone you've known for a while, a friend. That way it's more of a flattering question rather than a "wtf" kind.

    • Yeah I just can't see me doing that with any of my friends.
