Just memorize their class and work schedule, then use the time when they are not around to do the deed. It's not the most difficult living situation ever. Also, you can buy a water proof vibrator and use it when you're in need of a "shower." The noise from the shower running can cover up most noises you may make while pleasuring yourself. ;)
If you know the other person's schedule you might plan around that. Otherwise you can do it quickly in the shower (replace or add in a shower massager). Or try to do it quietly in the night (last resort).
