It's not as difficult as it sounds. You just have to find what feels good, and find a rhythm with it. Once you've done that, you'll sync up and be able to meet his thrusts pretty easily. I actually find doing this in missionary very easy with practice. Just experiment with different positioning of your legs [which will give you a variety of different angles, and different kinds of leverage] and rolling your hips. I personally have the most difficulty meeting his thrusts when I'm on top, but it gets easier and easier with each try. =]
I don't follow rules or instructions. I just go crazy. Rolling body, rocking hips, slide up & down, back it up...if you hold my hips, I'll get sexier & go harder. Slow it down & just push up on it slower. Grab my ass when I'm going slower, I go nuts. Sexy sexy. ;-)

Yeah, thrusting makes a lot more sense if you're in doggy-style or on top. It can be difficult in missionary, but it's possible. I prefer to just wrap my legs around him and lift myself. Or even just lifting your legs straight up gives a whole different angle.
It's all in the hips darling. Go and get to work on your abs and lower back muscles. And, yes they do mean meet the guy with your hips when he thrusts. Personally I find it very distracting unless he's behind you and you're thrusting backwards - that is excellent
No it I don't think its as hard as it sounds, basically all you would need to do is wrap you're legs around and thrust up :)
