Why would you want to? I can't think of any reason. Watching porn is a-okay. You can watch it while masturbating, watch it as part of foreplay before having sex with your guy or even watch it while having sex with your guy. It's just a good sex tool like any other. See if you can avoid it for a particular time frame. Once you do that, get used to it and develop other coping mechanisms, you can keep pushing the parameters to the point where you aren't even thinking about it any more. I do different challenges each month, changing bad habits into better ones.

Take your thoughts hostage. When the thought of wanting to visit a porn site pops into your head you need to immediately get rid of it and think about something completely different. Go read a book, go for a walk, go for a drive, find a song to listen to. Do something different than being on the internet at that moment until the urge passes. I know the struggle and I am currently dealing with this same issue myself.

Another thing you can do is keep a journal and write down your moments of weakness and see if there is a pattern of when you look at porn. Is it the same time every day? Is there something that happens to you every day that triggers your urges to look at porn? Do you have too much free time on your hands? Are you on your phone or computer too much? The key to ending any addiction is figuring out what causes your symptoms to rise. Once you figure that out then you can cure the problem. It's no different that any other medical problem. If you just focus on the symptoms you're never going to cure the disease. You must figure out what causes the disease and then you can cure it.
