It sort of reminds me of my wrist. You can feel the hardness underneath the skin but at the same time it's rock hard under the skin. Kind of like the skin and bone feeling of your wrist.

Yea, it can feel really hard - a squeeze will only give a little. But it's also warm, and the skin is really very soft - it's an odd mix, at first, to touch, but very nice.

Well everyone is different, one in 3 men have a thing called Erectile Dysfunction so sometimes they are not fully erect, they can be semi-erect. So id say a banana  or a room temperature sausage.

When it's fully erect, it could feel as hard as a rock, but just softer because there's skin around it. I guess it could be comparable to a banana when it's unpeeled.
