Many impregnations end with a miscarriage within a week or 2. Nature is the most active abortionist of all. Often the girl just thinks her periods were a little late.
Many more become a pregnancy.
My wife got pregnant within a week after we dropped precautions and BC.
Others get pregnant from first sex, still other need months , even years or don't ever succeed. A coworker needed two years, my daughter in law and son did it in two or three weeks, after having a miscarriage.

Pregnant from first sex? Happens quite often: her orgasm can trigger an unexpected ovulation and then it's the the big problem. Or the jackpot?

not as hard as you'd think. if your sperm is working well and it's the right time of month for her, it can be ridiculously easy. So make sure you're using a condom or she's on the pill. otherwise you're taking a risk.

For me it was fairly easy... I got pregnant from the first time a guy came ever inside of me... and i had ovulation like 5 days later... i know for fact I am extremely fertile, but other girls are not... but it is fairly easy to get pregnant especially if she is in her 20's

Really easy, If your juice is strong and healthy. It depends on when she has her period before and after. Ovulation is what it's called. Why you want to get someone pregnant? :)))
