  • I have done this on several occasions throughout my life. Usually it is an arousal that has nothing to do with the situation and is being very persistent. If anything I would compare it to a pressure release. I have not had any luck finishing to road head or really any partner related experiences while driving. As far as maintaining vehicle control, well that is simple enough.
