it almost goes down to my waist (dont worry not in a gross way, its really pretty) and it always is annoying during sex! and I feel like when I tie it up I don't look as good.. and don't guys like girls hair down during sex!? what should I do?

Use it to pleasure him:) allow it to be all over his body and carress his skin. and if it gets in the way, head bad, side ponytail, or do a french twist. Hope this helps:)
