We need a myth buster here because uncircumsized men have natural oils inteneded to keep it clean. Meaning its really not dirty, it was designed to self manage to some degree. Also men uncircumsized have a higher orgasm potential and sensitivety as the foreskin covers what is considered to be the G-spot for men.

  The head of the penis is covered by the foreskin. You say that the thing that is covered by the foreskin is considered the male G-spot. Ergo you mean the head is the male G-spot. If I am wrong, do tell me which body-part you were referring to, as I can't think of any other parts that should be covered by the foreskin.

Retract the foreskin and clean with warm water. I heard it's irritating and drying to use soap, so you should probably avoid that unless you have smegma.

Retract, rinse thoroughly and you're good to go. Don't use soap.
