I'm sorry this is gross, but I've recently jumped on the pill so my partner and I can now have sex without a condom.
When he cums inside me, it literally leaks out all day. I think it all comes out as soon as I go to the bathroom after sex, but even then, all day at work bits are leaking out of me. I had to wear a panty liner yesterday!

Just bc you're on the pill doesn't mean ypu are required to allow him to cum in you. Especially if you're having that much of an issue with it. The alternative would be to wash down there after sex which is much more hygenic in my opinion

You can try to push most of it out right after sex but there is always going to be some left inside especially if he pushes it all the way in as he cums. A panty liner is going to bee your best bet. But you can use the very thin ones.
