How to stay on top longer?

I'm very thin and get tired quickly when I'm on top during sex but my boyfriend likes it better when I'm on top. Is there any exercises that I can to do allow me to stay on top longer? Also, what is the average amount of time a woman can ride on top without getting too tired?

  • How long you can last on top is going to depend on what you're doing, as well as your fitness. If you're really working hard, pace yourself. Switch up between using your thighs to move up and down (hard work) and grinding your hips. The back and forth can feel great, and, I think, should be easier to keep up.

    As far as exercises...more sex ought to be the first exercise! Squats would likely help, as would dance classes and yoga, more generally. Have fun with it though; don't let sex become a chore! And don't let your boyfriend be the sole determiner of what your sex life is like. Tell him that you want and need to change it up (truthfully, it sounds a little like he just wants to lay there and let you do the work--I hope that isn't the case).

  • Depending on the position, strengthening your arms or stomach could help.

  • have him help you while your on top so your not doing all the work. do core & full body exercises. there's really no average time either.
