Just go straight into the new pack without skipping that week in-between. Since those pills are just placebo pills anyways and not doing anything, they just didn't put them in your pack.
So say your pack ends on Sunday, instead of waiting Monday - Sunday to start the new pack, you'd start the new pack immediately on that Monday.0 0 0 0If you want to change the date of your period you can start a few days of the next pack. I get very painful periods and schedule when I get it around exams so sometimes it's not actually 28 days of the non-placebo pills. I never take the placebo pills in the last row. They are there just to keep you in the habit of taking them.
1 0 0 0That's not how it works. You can stop your period by instead of waiting 7 days after your pack is finished to just start a new pack right away but I'm pretty sure it isn't recommended you do this often
0 0 0 0When I said that's not how it works I was referring to "Anyway I heard I can stop my period with those."
The last week of pills in a 28 pack are just sugar pills they literally do nothing
You do exactly what that girl said - just start a new pack after you finish the old one. I've done it once - you may cramp and spot a bit, but that's all I had.
1 0 0 0Ok thank you :) by the way is it safe?
From what I've read, yes it's totally safe! If you're really unsure, then ask your doctor.

The basic idea is that if you don't have a break in the pills, you don't have a "period."
Someone taking 21 pills would just go from one pack to another. There are options on the market now (depending where you live, I s'pose) that are explicitly several months without any bleeding.0 0 0 0yes, with 28 day birth control pills, the 7 placebo pills actually cause a "pseudo-period", so if you just take the 21 BC pills, then another set, you will keep off the "period".

3 1You just start the next pack immediately without the placebo pulls.
1 0 0 0DON'T.
My sister can't have kids because of abusing birth control to stop her period.1 0 0 0my wife did it and we have 3 kids
Well it messed her up and she's unable to now, I'm sure it's different for everyone but she did it multiple times and that was the outcome for her.
That's something for your doctor probably
0 0 0 0You continuously take pills and skip the 7 placebos. Only take 21 pills and start a new pack.
However I would talk to doctor first depending on your age if this is advisable instead of having your menses.0 0 0 0
