Well hen, I know what you feel. You loved him so much and can't let him go. You are still attached in your past? Stop seeing with him. When you say its over you have to mean it. We are terrible long-term decision makers. Don't blame yourself. Just try and stay out of compromising situations - hopefully it goes away eventually. If not punish yourself for making mistakes in a way that actually 'hurts' you. Like say paying your friend 20 bucks every time you do it. Sounds stupid but it works.

Turn the tables. Here's how...
tell him to come over and f*** you proper because that's all you want him for. After you're done f***ing him thank him and ask him to leave. It's called a booty call. Don't waste any other time thinking about him. Instead try to find another nice guy in the meantime. Unfortunately, you'll probably go through a few before you find one that f***s you right. Use protection ALWAYS and roll with it.

If a guy treats you like sh*t he is showing you through his actions he doesn't give a damn about you. You sleeping with him is like saying you have no pride in yourself and will let him get away with anything. Don't think this guy isn't secretly laughing at you. He treats you like crap, the relationship ended and he is still getting some from you. He doesn't even have to do better because you're making it so easy for him. All you're doing at this point is giving him orgasms and boosting his ego while you end up feeling bad about it later. Cut all ties with him and close your legs to him.
