1. Blue balls exists. It's called vasocongestion. When a guy gets an erection, the blood vessels in his penis and balls engorge thus causing the erection. That's what an erection is: engorged blood vessels. When this happens fluid builds up in his prostate and testicles, these are the fluids that make up semen, the body produces more of it and gets it ready to be released, thus the swelling.
