I was always very little as a kid, then hit puberty around 11 and started to fill out until about 14. breasts have to do with genetics and general weight as well. yes, it's milk glands and stuff, but also fat. so if you're under 100 lbs, your breasts won't fill out as much as someone who is 150 or 175. but again genetics play a Huge role.
Don't feel bad about the size, shirts fit better, only one sportsbra needed, and no back problems.. all pro's. and yes, some guys are only focused on big boobs, they're obnoxious and annoying.. you won't be missing out, because you wouldn't want to date those anyway.
When you date guys, most are just gonna be happy to get to see and touch them and really don't care about size as much as we worry about.

I'm 21 with the same breast size , embrace it tbh you will soon realize that every guy is different and like different things, your body is made specifically for you small tits look great on some women and I personally got mine pierced to enhance them but when you show confidence in your own body you will soon realize it really doesn't matter and what ever guy talks to you I'm sure he already assumes anyway when hanging out because dudes are observant , but the point is whoever approach you is not going to be upset about it , it's more to a female body than tits and your only 16 your probably not done developing
If it fits your body that's all the maters. If they were bigger they would make you look really top heavy. I'm 16 and 5'4" and 136 lbs and have 34DD boobs and they make me look really top heavy and fat sometimes. Be happy with how you are! Don't wish for big boobs because they sucj
You are just MAGIC! Perfect! 32A is the same as my sis and my mum. It is the best size. No guy that's serious about you is going to make it an issue. If they do, tell them to naff off. There's plenty of guys that will love your size!

Your size is only as important as you make it yourself. In the first place, you don't want a guy to like you just because of a certain size you have. Yes, some guys may like bigger ones, as other guys may fancy smaller ones.. but for the most part, guys only care if they're there.
