If it is like a whitehead you could try popping it but that would probably hurt, like a lot. Or you could try using a teeny tiny bit of like a cleanser or alcohol or something to dry it out and maybe let it heal on its own? If it does not go away in a couple of days I would talk to a doctor. That's not smegma. Smegma is a whitish buildup that can be washed away. I don't know what that lump is.
