I hurt my girlfriend during sex, will she be ok?

We just had sex yesterday ( I got in on the 2nd attempt) it was painful for her. Was about to stop but she told me to go on. I did but then felt bad and stopped. She still wanted to complete it and this time I fully got in (she was off course in more pain). I didn't even last 2 min and immediately noticed brown stains. It was blood. Now I'm worried. Is she going to be ok? Did I hurt her badly? She is a bit sore but said it's OK. I feel bad. Would it have been less hurtful to her if I had been experienced? Or still the same result? I'm new at this too.

It can be painful the first handful of times -- maybe even up to a dozen. Work on getting her excited before you enter her -- it makes it easier and also dulls the sensation of pain in our brains. I think most girls accept that sex is going to be more fun for the guy at first and it's just a necessary part of growing up into sexual relationships. As long as you're considerate and listen to what she says feels good and try to control how much power you're using at first, she will be glad that she gets to share this experience with you.

Was it her first time or one of the first few? If so, it's from breaking the hymen and it's normal, and she'll be fine. If not, maybe her period started unexpectedly? If its neither of those maybe a minor abrasion, in which case she should take a break from sex until it heals and use more foreplay and lube next time. If sex is painful every time even if she is completely aroused she should ask her doctor about it, though.
