Well he lied but I sympathize with him because it's very embarrassing for a guy to admit he's a virgin, especially to a girl he likes. Now that you know you can confront him but I wouldn't make a huge deal out of the virginity thing unless he came up with some crazy elaborate lies about it. The ED thing you should be really sensitive about. He might just be nervous and get over it but if it's been going on for awhile it's an issue.
Tell him you understood he did not want to hurt his image as a man. You tell him being a virgin is rare and it meant he grew up in a morally strong family which he followed, a commendable trait, But lies are lies and he should not have lied to you and you will forgive him but not forget it. So lies are intolerable. Make sure he knows so it is a negative reinforcement as Skinner would say.

Why does it matter? And why would a virgin guy have ED? Premature ejaculation I get, but ED would be a sign of a serious health issue in a young virgin or a serious p0rn problem.
The ED is from a medical problem where his foreskin is too tight... He's been talking about getting circumcised to fix the problem.
That's called phimosis. It shouldn't keep him from getting hard. It just keeps his foreskin from going back
