Im only 17 so i dont see how i already have this problem with my vagina.. But my boyfriend cannot come from vaginal sex. He literally has tried faking it, but i found out and told him not to do that because it made me feel worse. He is only 19 and it is definitely not a physical problem. He took my virginity, but he had been with lots and lots of other girls before me. He says that he could cum with all of them. And we do anal and he cums every time from that. Unless you're trying to get pregnant, does he really need to cum inside your vagina? (And even if you were trying to get pregnant, he could always stroke his penis until he's ready to cum, then insert it all the way down to your cervix at the last instant when he has reached the point of no return, so to speak.) There are exercises you can do to tighten up your pelvic muscles. The same as girls do after childbirth.

If it is very wide, there is a surgical procedure that can be done which will tighten it for you.

Uh, maybe you do... if so, I don't know that there's anything you can do to "fix" it. You'll just have to do other things to get him off, like anal, or tight blowjobs/handjobs. Hopefully that works.
