Make oral last longer. A woman can take 20 minutes to get aroused or more. And use lube, lots and lots of lube. It might hurt the first time but if it hurts subsequent times you're doing a wrong.
Anxiety about it will make it harder to relax. Once you're comfortable and relaxed you'll be fine, just tell the guy to go slow, lots of foreplay. He'll do what you say you need.

Guys are abaolutely just excited to be there lol! It depends on the guy though, all of the guys I know... including myself... pride themselves in doing what it takes to satisfy a woman.
