  • I will approach the problem from a different perspective:

If your breasts stay like they are now, you cope with having "ugly boobs" by not seeing them as ugly.

OK, I am not sure if this is appropriate for me to say here, but a few days ago, I visited a very popular forum in which many people (mainly guys) upload and exchange nude pictures of women (mainly p*rnstars). There's also a "request" feature. You demand a specific TYPE of picture, and people provide it.

And through seeing what other people have requested, I have learned at least 12 new adjectives to describe breasts. Literally EVERYONE was requesting something else. You could not imagine the variety of "tastes" in the forum.

The point of the story is that, no matter what you or your breasts look like, there is someone out there that finds it beautiful.

Here's a story about my mother:

When she was about 13, she was in a car accident. Her leg was injured terribly, and she has a permanent scar. Even I don't like looking at it, today, after about 40 years of time and recovery. A part of her flesh is missing, due to an open fracture. And it is located in her lower leg, so there's no way of hiding it other than wearing long jeans all the time.

Think about that. It completely destroyed her body image (or so she believed). Yet she is married and has a son now. So someone still found her beautiful. And this was an actual physical imperfection, a scar that could easily be noticed and could easily disgust people.

What you have is a minor issue. It may not be permanent, and it may not be as ugly as you think, but even if it is, there IS someone out there that will find you attractive as a whole.

    • Wow , your mom must have been through a lot , strong woman .

    • Oh, and, here's a quote from an article published in GirlsAskGuys, and it represents the truth about men:

"An improbably perky pair of double D-cups does attract [a guy's] attention. However, they don't hold his attention for any longer than it takes to glance at a magazine cover. He'll notice them, but he'll only buy the magazine if the articles look interesting. "

  • I'm not an expert on breasts, but I know they are primarily made of fat, which explains why they "Deflated" after you lost weight. Frankly my guess would be your kinda stuck with them unless you get surgery. You've stretched the skin and if it was to shrink back, its going to take a lot of time, like multiple years. But again, I'm just guessing based on common sense and a general understanding of the body, a doctor would be able to weigh in on what I said more accurately and with more specifics.

  • This kind of happened to me, I randomly dropped 25 pounds in the span of two months :/ over the years they filled up again, they look pretty nice now... I tried to gain weight to get them back to normal, but it takes a lot of time. sagging is normal and not reversible, but the shape will go back to normal [or close enough] eventually but it will definitely take time. I would consider slowly putting back on 5 or so pounds if they really bother you, but NOT quickly. do it gradually. if you're going to lose any more weight, do that gradually, too.

    • by a couple of years , are we talking up to 5 years , or something bigger like 10 ?

    • 5 sounds about right!

  • I'm guessing there was some fat in your boobs...and when you lost the weight, the weight in your boobs most have gone away and now that's why they're like that.

But honestly, I don't think anyone on GAG will be able to predict if your boobs will "re-inflate" themselves. So you'll just have to wait and see.

    Sorry.

  • Yes, under 18 is too young for deflated breasts

Get surgery when you turn 18. Guys may not be so keen on implants, but they're perfectly fine with lifts, reductions, reconstructive surgery, nipple/areola reduction and whatnot.

  • Im sure they are not ugly but I have the same problem and my parents have agreed to surgery if I loose more weight. Surgery is not the best option I think your going to have to learn to love them.

  • i wouldent worry about it

    • Yes but your profile pic looks so worrisome :p
