I just feel like we kind of always do the same thing. I give him head every time. Can you get too much? Will he like it less because its not spontaneous? What can I do/say to really blow his mind?

Hm, not exactly my area of expertise, but I'll give it a shot. First things first is you need to ask him what he would like. Maybe he has some ideas, some fantasies that he hasn't told you (but don't get creeped out or mad with what he says; remember, you asked, but that doesn't mean you have to say yes), maybe talk to him about some of your fantasies (I know you have some), some kinky things he would like to try (maybe light bondage/domination [and switch roles, you dominating, him dominating], role playing, anal, things like that), and kinky things you'd like to try (again, I know you have some). Chances are if you haven't already talked to him that will be all it takes.

Also, mix things up a bit. I'm sure he likes you giving him head, but every time can make it lose it's appeal. And, if you are the one who feels like your doing the same thing, maybe he needs to be doing more things to you. Does he go down on you, fondle your breasts, things that make you feel good. And again, don't make it every time, and don't make it a schedule or pattern, cause it will make that 'the same thing' as well.

If you want to, you can buy some sex toys, usually these do the trick of you are both alright with them. You can also look up ideas on Google (you can find just about anything if you haven't already figured that out [search up "Top 10: Female Sex Fantasies", I'm sure you'll see some things that will click for at least one of you on that first result]), maybe watch some porn together to get ideas (something you can both agree on). While your at Google, look up some sex games that you can play, I'm sure that these would bring some spice to the bedroom.

But like I said, do not keep a schedule or routine as to what you do (doing things on specific days is alright, it would give you two something to look forward to) and change things up. Just talk to him about it, and if that doesn't work try some of the other things I listed. You'll find something to bring the love back in the bedroom.
