WTF you cannot sue, the fact that you haven't pressed charges/gone to the police (based on what you've said) you need to have severe/physical emotional damage it's a no for physical and emotional damages could be something like you have to go to therapy and miss work but i doubt you have to do that. The main type of these cases where you can sue is if a business left a door unlocked or something but that didn't happen. Honestly you have no legal case to sue please search these things before asking questions, there's a potential chance of you being able to prosecute since in some jurisdictions it's rape by fraud but this isn't common, I think you're just going to have to leave this one as a bad memory maybe report it to the site so they can warn/ban them.
0 0 0 0bah I've seen people sue for getting hurt in someones house while robbing them and WIN and i can't sue about basically being raped?
A burglar cannot sue as a trespasser has no right to enter and you have no duty to protect them this is only under certain situations where this can happen like purposefully setting booby traps so you are half right on that one, anyway this is a completely different crime to what you have suggested and is a conflation fallacy if a burglar was injured with a booby trap they'd have hospital bills/lose work (if they had a job) they have a right to sue. Like I've said before in you're case you are neither having severe emotional or physical pain which could result in things like you losing you're job. I've also told you what happened to you is only a crime in certain areas and would be considered rape by fraud which isn't the same as rape so you can't say that and since that is only eligible in certain areas, I'd check if you can prosecute but i stand by you cannot sue.
I meant missing days of work not losing your job.
No lol. It's kind of on you to handle your own sex life.
And having sex with a tranny, maybe she even prefers *woman*, is not a big deal. The reaction shouldn't be I want to sue this person, it should be 'woah, best I not make that mistake again as I am not into fucking trannies!'
Really, not a big deal. You're still a man, still straight, albeit a little shocked. In fact, you now have all the more reason to be confident- you fucked someone who wasn't the image of woman you are attracted to and didn't like it. You need women, you are a straight man, how bad is that?0 0 0 1because i was basically raped i didn't want to have sex with no damn dude!
Well, you found out it was a dude "after" you had sex. Let me rephrase: You found out it was a dude after you had consensual sex, therefore no rape occurred. It was your responsibility to find out whether or not you wanted to have sex with the person before consenting and you didn't do this, you consented without knowing- it's your fault. There is no such thing as 'basically raped'. You weren't raped.
How can someone handle their own sex life when they're being lied to, you can't say he should've checked if I was in that scenario i'd have been like nice, believed the story of the lights then wouldn't have been like before we have sex are you a tranny? Just because you don' consider it a big deal, i wouldn't be like oh whatever, i'd be like fuck, what a piece of shit to lie to me i feel violated.

Uh, yeah, if yr in the States you know that court cases are public record, right?
Public record.
Searchable, by yr name.
Pretty much for the rest of yr life, by anyone who'd know what county to look in. Good luck with that.
Plus -- The hell'd you sue for, anyway?
You have to sue for actual damages. Like, lost money damages. You know how court works, right?
You'd have to claim that you suffered a loss equivalent to $____ as a result of this tort, and that you thus need to be compensated in the amount of $____ in order to be made whole again.
Let's see how you calculate that. LOL0 0 0 0Let's try a different perspective. If I meet a guy online who claims to have a 10" penis and agree to have sex with him, and then I get to his place, get naked, and find out it's only 3". Can I sue him for misleading me?
Personally, I don't think it's worth it. Just take it as a learning experience and move on.
Also, how did you not realize she had a penis until after you started having sex?0 0 0 0thats not the same scenario. lets assume you're straight you agree to have sex with a dude that has a 10incher and you come over and f in the dark and then realize its a chick with a ten inch strap on that felt real. and i let him/her put it in bums and vags dont really feel that different when you get in.
Yeah I would never mistake a girl for a guy, haha. But let's pretend that happened. I still wouldn't try to sue or anything. It happened and now I have a lesson learned and a funny story to tell. Butts and vags don't feel that different from each other? That's hard to believe but ok. But anyway yeah, I still wouldn't say it's worth sueing.
I don't know about that because female to male trannies literally look like men like you legit can't tell unless they tell you
If I were you I wouldn't tell anyone about this, don't contact or reply to that person should they message you, just put it in your past and be more careful next time. Do you really wanna spend money on a lawyer and try to press charges and have your sexual life out in the open like that? I'd rather just put it in my past and move on
1 0 0 0Unless this other individual got you to sign a contract or give some sort of valid consent that is valid by law, you can't sue. The law can't get involved every time someone fucks up or is misled...

2 7i think the lesson here is anonymous sex is fraught with perils. so proceed with caution. leave lights on. get to know a sexual partner at least a little
sorry about your experience0 0 0 0I mean I'm sure there's some kind of case you can make but do you really wanna spend all that money on a lawyer and go to court and shit and tell everyone about your experience? It just doesn't sound like something you would get much out of..
0 1 0 0Honestly I have no idea. Might depend what was said in your online chats and texts or what ever you could prove that they were trying to defraud you or something.. I dunno man, you'd have to talk to a lawyer.
I'm betting you could be shit out of luck though. It's one thing to stretch the truth to make a good impression it's something else entirely to conceal the fact that you have a penis.0 0 0 0The issue is "informed consent" and the law get's vague here. You agreed to have sexual acts with a biological woman, you were not told that the person you were meeting was not a biological woman. The counter argument is that as you did not ask, you're assumption does not withdraw your consent. The trans community has worked very hard to keep this out of law. You could try, but the answer will be "implied consent"
0 0 0 0yeah that and the girl in the pics wasn't the person i met they kinda looked similar but it wasn't the same person
Lol I'm sorry I'm not gonna lie i laughed. But you can't sue it's up to you to make sure everythinbis legit. That's why the lights need to be on so you can see everyyythinggg!!
