If I finish inside of her during sex, what are the odds of her getting pregnant?

Tonight me and my girlfriend were having sex and I was like where do you want me to finish and she said inside of me so I was all caught up on the moment and I went ahead and finished inside of her... then we went again 20 minutes later and I finished inside of her again.. So do y'all think that she will get pregnant or is there just a chance, or is it a definite thing? thanks

she has her period sometime next week if that helps anything... but nah she's not on any type of birth control and I didn't wear a condom... but I reckkin if she is pregnant ill just have to prepare to be a father

  • Well lets break this down in mathematical terms to determine your chances of her becoming pregnant.

    The average sperm amount in 1 ejaculation is 60 million per milliliter. If when you nutted the first time it was more then 2 spurts then you're looking at over 360 million sperm more then 3 around 500 million more then 4 around 700 million increasing onwards.

    The second time you're looking at the same amount of sperm. The change in viscosity you might notice is actually the prostate producing less "mucus".

    Now lets just say it was 2 spurts each time(half what I average, but I'm hopeful for ya).

    Now various factors such as wearing tight clothing around your testicles or constant use of drugs can change your amount of sperm per milliliter.

    Still I'll give you 500 million sperm. Now 1 of those is needed to fertilize the egg.

    500 million/1

    So far your chances at failure of causing pregnancy are .000000002%.

    However many other factors are involved.

    How strong is her immune system? A female with a strong immune system is capable of "digesting" roughly 40 sperm per second.

    How much of the sperm actually stayed in? Did she make an effort to keep the sperm inside or squeeze it out?

    If it was squeezed out only roughly half or less of the sperm stayed inside.

    Did she orgasm when or after you "finished" in her? An orgasm causes the cervix to perform a "turkey baster" action and literally suck the sperm as well as the cervical mucus web inside.

    Was this right before or on her most fertile time? If its close to her fertile time your chances increase 60%.

    Half of the sperm go the wrong direction in the fallopian tubes. Giving you a -50% chance of causing pregnancy.

    Now when all of this is calculated your final WORST results, remember this is the worst it can be for you; are 6.6666666666666666666666666666667-^9% for a chance of failure. Roughly spoken your chances of failure are 150 million to 1.

  • depends if you are using any forms of birth control. If you were at least just using condoms, the chances are pretty slim she will get pregnant. Condoms combined with other forms of birth control like pills reduces the chances further. If she is not using any forms of birth control and you finished inside her without a condom, the chances of her getting pregnant are much much higher, although not 100%. Factors that influence this chance include your viable sperm count, what part of the menstrual cycle she is at, etc.

  • you could check an online fertility calendar, they're actually pretty good. when I was with my ex I would go by the calendar and just figure out which days I had like only a 5% chance of getting pregnant and not sweat it too much if we didn't use one then. I think the week before her period is a pretty safe time since this month's round of eggs are probably "past due" by now and ready to leave her body.

  • Well, there's definitely a chance she's pregnant. Determining the odds is impossible, unless you know where she's at in her cycle. If she's ovulating, or close to ovulating, the the chances are obviously much higher. Should have worn a condom, pulled out, or something...

    • Umm actually, right before a period and right after are the lowest chances of getting pregnant. Because right before your period, your body has already decided that it won't be pregnant that month so there is still a possibility but the chances are much lower. Around day 14 of the cycle is the highest chance of pregnancy...just saying:)

  • Average lifespan of the unfertilized egg is 2 days, as far as we were taught in Biology class, and acording to your analysis of the timing, ovulation was a week ago. The egg might've somehow survived for 7 days, but I doubt it.

    Still, I would give it at least a 10% and at most a 30%.

  • Well if she was on birth control then no worries, but she was not and you did not use a condom welcome to parenthood my friend. When in doubt always use plan B after sex. Almost all the time I finish in my girlfriend, but she's on because so I don't have to worry.
