If a guy tells you that you need to get laid??

Other than the obvious what does that mean? Do they wanna give it to you and WHY would a guy say that?

A friend keeps telling ME that I should get laid real good. He isn't saying he needs it but that I need good sex.

  • I read the others thus far but I think it's more complicated than that ... unless this is just a line that is rubber stamped by some guys. If single talking to a single, a guy like me wouldn't really use that statement to anyone but someone who really needed a good sexual experience. Not a backseat ride but a relaxed, unhurried loving with a patient partner on task with getting her/him off (as even gals have used this obvervation statement).

What's more difficult is to convey to you the traita/signs in the needy person that signals deftly this need. Obviously, the person is not aware of the need in many cases. It's they way they talk, move, flirt, whatever that cues some of the more intimate friends/lovers that they are ripe and needy.

  • Because he is a thoughtless cretin. I can appreciate that he might desire some sexual release, but to just throw that out there, seems to indicate that he is fishing for your attentions, and rather poorly at that. I would never tell a woman that I need to get laid, or really anything remotely like that, I feel to do so is to reduce you to some sort of play toy in his mind, and I am certain you are more than that.

    • Thanks but a friend keeps telling ME that I need to get laid. And "real good" so he says...

    • I see, well I believe he is still thinking he is the man for the job, either way it's still in poor taste to say something like that. If I felt a woman was needing some stress relief I would recommend a spa day first.

    • Thanks again. He's never said that to me and I have been confused. I never answer him. Maybe I will have a chat about our friendship & boundaries.

  • He could want to give it to you or he could just be telling you that you seem really uptight. I've heard of both scenarios being the case.

If he wants to give it to you, he's probably saying that for that very reason, or maybe to see your reaction. If he's saying it because you seem uptight, well, he's probably just trying to be funny

  • If I a guy says I need to get laid I'd say thanks, and go find somebody. Not him.

  • Maybe you seem uptight and stressed and you just need to chill out and relax.
