I don't have a vagina but I'd imagine it would sting a bit!
Unless you have a really good reason (doctor's orders, obvious infection) I wouldn't introduce any foreign substance (besides water) into your vagina. It is quite capable of taking care of itself. A good rinse with lukewarm water is all you need to keep it healthy. Do not use soap.
If you're worried about hygiene, I refer you to this excellent article: link0 0 0 0Good article :)
The organ is supposed to be self-cleaning, to a degree. There's a douche pack for whatever can't be done naturally, but you're supposed to use those sparingly. I don't recommend using lemons at all. I'm no doctor, but it sounds like a terrible idea.

I actually do not know. I would think putting some lemon on it would cleanse the toxins, help cure acne and kill bacteria. I am not sure if it would be "healthy" I do not know what's wrong with it. Id advise you to see a doctor! seriously, something may be up and you would not know how serious it is.
0 0 0 0Careful about what you do I actually scrubbed so hard with soup that I got a yeast infection and my doctor said that was because I removed all the good bacteria. Let me tell you yeast infections sting and are not conferable.
0 0 0 0You might want to think that one over a bit more. Lemon is acid and I am thinking it could cause a not so pleasant reaction

What does "make it good" mean?
I'd want your vagina to taste like vagina, not lemonade. Well, unless 'lemonade' is a slang word for something else, but that's not the question...0 0 0 0I don't know. Although, that'll be one sour vagina. xD - Well, due to its' chemical property.
Find a sweet one. ^_^0 0 0 0I'm no doctor, but I'm not sure this is a good idea. Sounds a little acidic.
Assuming there are no existing problems, I would recommend soap and clean water. Make sure you rinse well. Basically the same rule as for the rest of your body.0 0 0 0Need to ask your Doctor...I am NOT an expert...but I am of the belief that vaginas are self-cleansing...I am GUESSING that that would probably do you no harm in the short term...however...I am thinking that if you change your pH (or maybe kill beneficial bacteria?) then you might open the door to serious invasion?...o.O
0 0 1 0i don't think its a good idea.
