If you can sometimes see a bulge is a guys pants even if he isn't hard, does that mean he's big?

As has been stated a number of times... But I don't think a lot of women really get it... So I'll break it down for you ;)
The difference between a shower and a grower is... "Showers" pretty much have what they have on the surface... In other words when he becomes erect, he is not going to become much larger in lenth or circumference than when he is in a flaccid state...
While growers on the other hand do not look to be much in a flaccid state, but when fully engorged can be much larger then a shower.
My point is that you cannot tell actual size from a bulge in someone's pants, or Judge from someone's flaccid State.

Doesn#t mean a thing - there are "growers" and "showers" - For istance I have a 9 inch penis and I#m a "Grower" so it doesn#t get big unless I#m hard. Other guys what you see is what you get as they are "showers" - so it won#t get much harder than what you can see, which if you#re guessing from looking at his bulge won't tell you much.

Not necessarily. I think it's the swelling that counts. So it can be big soft but not get much bigger. Or it can be smaller and swell huge. You'll just have to find out the "hard way" :D I couldn't help it

The difference between erect size and flaccid size varies widely between people, dependent on a variety of factors. Don't assume anything. If this is a partner or a potential partner, you'll probably find out anyway. If not, stop wondering.
