Ok, yes and no. Mostly no.

In rare circumstances men and women can lactate with consistent, frequent and time consuming stimulation. Many women who TRY to lactate this way will not achieve lactation.

And then you have people like me. I started lactating spontaneously about ten years ago.

But in your scenario, no, nothing will come out unless she's already lactating. One vigorous sucking session is not enough to cause milk to be produced, plus, it takes several hours to produce milk to begin with.

Sorry, but these girls are wrong. If you suck on a nipple enough, it can produce milk. It happened to me when I was with a guy who was really breast-obsessed. It was scary. I thought it was breast cancer or something else bad, but when I questioned my doctor about it she just smiled and asked if I had a boyfriend who sucked on my breasts a lot. I told her I did, and she told me that it was just milk. So there's nothing to worry about if this has happened to a girl you are with.

I am pretty sure that if the woman is not lactating then when you suck on it nothing will come out! Now if something does and the women is not pregnant then there might be something wrong!?

yeah. It happens. If you do play with a woman's breasts and suck it long enough they will naturally produce the hormones and milk will begin to be made. As long as the woman feels fine or normal, there is nothing you should worry about.

If the woman is not pregnant her hormones don't produce any milk etc, so there will be nothing to come out but it would be a different story if she was pregnant.
