After you inform him on what squirting is, if he's still got a problem, put it this way: he gets your lady juices on his penis during sex and in his mouth when he goes down on you. If that's not an issue for him, squirting shouldn't be either. Frequent squirting does create issues in terms of spontaneity, of course, which is a legitimate concern, but better not to bring that up until you see if he comes around, otherwise you just give him an excuse to complain about it more.
