The labia majora Are the outer lips of a womans vagina When i look at them they look similar to a mans sack but there's a vagina on the inside I was wondering was it the same thing? I heard men were born with vaginas and the vaginas formed into a mans testicles So i was wondering if thats what labia majora was Just undeveloped

Yeah. The labia majora is the female version of the ball sack pretty much. Just like clit = penis. We were all pretty much born with female reproductive organs and the males developed into their own. A clit is just an underdeveloped penis.

Labia majora are fully developed, as labia majora. A man's testicles are just further developed, but their development doesn't mean that the labia majora are undeveloped. They're different things so one is not "more developed" and the other "less developed". They were meant to be different things. It's almost like saying a hand is more developed than a foot.
