Average age to lose virginity is 17 world wide, so you're right on par right now - definitely not too old.
That said, I lost my virginity when I was 16 to someone I wasn't in a relationship with or had any deep connection with. There are tons of ways to up your chances, but having sex with a girl you are really into and having sex just to have sex are like night and day... if I could go back and do it over I'd wait until it was something meaningful. I guess what I'm trying to say is don't be too hasty. If someone gives you sh*t about being a virgin then they're an idiot.
You'd be surprised as to how many people lie about having sex at that age. The only thing anybody will really be able to tell you is when it's your time, it'll happen.
There is no key phrase or method to getting a girl to sleep with you. Just take you're time.
I'd rather know you're a virgin than someone who's slept with a million different girls. Besides, being a virgin is admirable! Wait until you're ready and you've got someone you love to do it with. It'll be much more meaningful and fun that way.
Sexual confidence. Learn to seduce by just using your eyes and body language and don't give the person too much attention. Don't text and call her too much. This works for girls too.

Oh, well if you don't want to wait and DO want to have sex now, then do it. In your question above you ask for advice on how to get girls to want to have sex with you. Well, first you have to develop a relationship with them, dating, etc.. until it gets deeper and they say they want to have sex.
