The way that I first learned and what I have told my girl friends to try that always seems to work is to go pee first! Major important, because it helps you understand that your bladder is EMPTY and you are not going to PEE.
Then sit on your heels, with your knees apart. Put two fingers up inside and curl them towards the front wall towards your pelvic bone. You will feel a spongy ribbed area, this is the G-Spot.
Stroke the g-spot with a rocking motion, you will feel the build up of fluid in the skene's gland which is behind the g-spot. This is when we feel like we have to pee but it is this gland swelling with fluid.

Honestly, I don't believe in squirting. I've never had a girl "squirt". I think it's pee that comes out. I've talked to a lot of people about this and not one can come up with an explanation about this.
