It is impossible to penetrate the cervix with a penis. You may have a shallow vagina as i had a friends with benefits that was shallow but that doesn't mean anything is wrong, you're totally normal, try lube next time and see if its different.
My friends with benefits had no probs with sexual pleasure as long as i didn't try to bury myself in her (i'm only average 6") and we had hours and hours of fun, gave her her first multipleO. We still keep in touch she is happily married and has had a child naturally with no issues.

If you were uncomfortable after, you were likely nervous, or unaroused, causing discomfort.
There is no such thing as "normal" when it comes to body parts, they come in all different shapes and sizes. The cramps that you felt after sex were most likely due to him hitting your cervix, Its impossible for him to enter it.

You just weren't "ready" for sex. Be it because you weren't aroused or you need some lub.
No penis is going to penetrate your cervix. The discomfort you felt was just him hitting your cervix, but the opening is way too small for the head of a penis to enter it.
Figure it put. You might be the answer to some good looking but small guy's prayer.
