It´s just a matter of how you conceive sex. To me sex INVOLVES oral sex, they don´t belong to different realms or depend on what type of relationship you're carrying. I understand there might be different takes on this, but if you think again, wouldn't you prefer any experience, whatever its reasons or circumstances, to unfold at its fullest?
Whenever you both feel comfortable with it. I don't think there's any set timeframe. Some people consider oral sex to be more intimate and others consider having sex more intimate, There's no real right or wrong answer on that. If you feel it's too early, then I'd suggest waiting until you're ready.
There is no "right time" when you have to do it. Just do it whenever you and your partner are ready. Oral sex, I don't think, is as intimate as actual sex though. I usually have oral sex before real sex in my relationships. But if you arn't ready for it then don't let him pressure you into it.
Guess it all depends on what trips your trigger! Generally I will give a guy oral before f**king him.
