yeah he's probably just horny. There may be underlying feelings there but I wouldn't bank too much on that because there's not enough info and he would probably tell you if there were (before the "phone sex" hopefully). I personally am a rather shy guy and wouldn't think of doing that even with my girlfriend, but I know guys that would think it's kinda hot and do it with all their female contacts every time they had an itch in their gonads.

I'd still be careful here. Simply put, many guys are programmed to seek sex first and then a relationship. I'd say wait a bit and test out the waters first before you make any real step toward commitment.

We have had phone sex then we met for the first time had sex.
