Pretty sure your bladder pushes agaisnt something and it's causing internal stimulation
Usually that happens when you have a smaller waist and less space inside because during puberty your body makes room for your growing reproductive organs

  :P not always the case, i've noticed some girls get stimulation from crossing their legs over each other. Which could also be your case, but you don't notice it since some stimulation are stronger than other. Why would you want to stop anyways? Masturbation is so good!

It is somewhat common. It also makes some guys horny also. I'm not sure what causes it but it does make sex more enjoyable. Usually in guys it causes what is known as morning wood.

  I can feel a bit horny at other times when I think about something sexual, but that goes away as soon as I'm done thinking about that. I've only ever gotten extremely horny due to my bladder. It's the only time I get horny enough to want to masturbate.
