Is it dangerous for guys to hold back ejaculating during orgasm?

This is a discussion I have with a several friends that I've never had a clear answer on. So ladies and gents please do share your knowledgeable, not just your experience. So we know that for male orgasm and ejaculation don't always occur at the same time. Is it dangerous to hold the base of the penis right before ejaculation so that orgasm can occur but ejaculation doesn't? So that the guy is able to last longer. I've been told that it can cause infertility, but can't exactly find much resourceful studies that conclude that.

  • It is possible to press a specific point close to the scrotum to delay the ejaculation but you can't stop it if there is orgasm. If the man contract some muscles in some known cases the ejaculation is a retro ejaculation and the sperm goes in the bladder. Hold to delay to retard yes but block during the ejaculation, it can be in the tantric sex but with training and the man can forget the orgasm... In the most cases, orgasm and ejaculation are connected. Orgasm can come few later after the ejaculation. Before it is pretty rare. Better to stop the penetration and help him to finish outside. Blocking can affect the prostate and its capacity to expulse sperm properly if it is done in a wrong way and often. The prostate block the access to the bladder and block ejaculation asks that the sperm goes in the bladder... So, can be done but can have consequence years later... Never squeeze the penis. It is like a sponge and you can break it. You can press but under the scrotum. Open a tap and try to hold on the water... Only the owner of the tap can try to block but in the most case no orgasm or the sperm finish to get out few after. It is not a birth control method anyway... At least the man can work his perineum muscle to avoid external pressure for delay. For all readers, please note that it is not because i speak only on the man orgasm, that doesn't mean that i don't care about the woman orgasm. Just if we start to consider to block ejaculation, the sperm will always find a way to go somewhere. And the most pleasure of the man is linked with it. It can be a good method to train the man to have sex longer. But prostate need to be clean with ejaculation. And it is a choice to have prostate issues later. And to my experience, better to let get out what it has to get out...

    • Thanks for the detailed response. Yes, I have heard about sperm tracing back and going into the bladder if ejaculation is forced to be delayed. But I was always told that it would be flushed out of the system once the guy takes a pee, so therefore it isn't troublesome.

    • The power of ejaculation is different with retroejaculation. Like running a pump for piping in bad conditions. Can pollute the bladder making go up molecules staying in the higher common part of the pipe. With a classic ejaculation this way is avoid. Not impossible to do it but it is essentially for training the man to avoid premature ejaculation. But soon or later it comes. To have already try, i had kept few days a strange feeling where the point was pressing. It was uncomfortable like something pinched. The most of time premature ejac is because of quick masturbation. Calm down the game for the man during the sex helps too to delay. The second round lasts longer also.
