I would say that it has to be difficult. One of my old co-workers was over 500 pounds and his wife was in the upper 200 to lower 300 range. I don't even want to picture them together. I can't say if it is difficult for two obese people to have sex or not. I imagine it would depend on how obese they are, their physical build such as weight distribution, strength, flexibility, etc. All I know is I have a normal BMI but I'm married to a very super-sized, very beautiful lady (650lbs). We have sex all the time and while certain positions may be off limits for us and we have to get a bit creative at times, a healthy sex life is not out of the question. It's quite doable if you have the desire and are willing to put in the effort and use your imagination. I also agree that sex should be a bit of a workout.
