This is a really, really weird question but varying google search terms have yeilded no results and then I found this site. So, I know this guy and we occasionally have some fun on snapchat. If it was an uncommonly big hole, I probably read something about it online. Some guys like to get these kind of metal rods etc and use them to stick into the dickhole. Yes? The urethra is about the size of a regular drink straw, maybe more. If you pull on the glans you can spread it open with zero discomfort really.
