Is it normal to be able to move my penis?

For as long as I can remember, I've been able to move my penis without touching it. However, I am only able to do this when it is erect and with a 7 inch long penis, it's quite noticeable. Does this happen to any other guys and what's the use of it?

Yeah that's normal. I figured this out for the first time as well when I got a boyfriend. I didn't know that was possible lol. You do this with you pelvis floor muscles.
As some people say the penis is a muscle. It is a muscle, however not the kind of muscle like in your arms and legs. You can't flex this muscle on own will, only when it fills with blood it becomes erect, but it's not a muscle you can train.

Well it is a muscle so yeah. I guess it's the same thing off some girls can clap their ass but many others can't.

It's normal. It normal does that automatically when you cum, but you can also do it consciously. It can be used to pretend you came if you ever need to. Outside of that it's pretty useless.
