Yes, it is theoretically possible but the odds are extremely low. The sperm would need to be viable; they don't survive very long when exposed to the atmosphere. They would also need to be inserted far enough that they could complete the journey to your egg to fertilize it. There are a few reports from Germany 40 and 50 years ago of women becoming pregnant after their partner ejaculated on the woman's external genitalia, but only a very few reports. So, yes, it is theoretically possible and you should take precautions to avoid pregnancy but don't assume that you are pregnant of you did this because you probably are not.
