The clitoral glans and shaft indeed have a higher concentration of nerve endings.

But do remember, that the male orgasm is necessary to propel sperm into the woman's body for procreation, so their orgasmic spasms have to be pretty significant too.
The clitoris and the penis begin as the same organ in the fetus, and just different levels of hormones the mother produces will cause it to develop into a smaller clitoral structure, or the larger penile structure. Because of this, I think men's and women's orgasms are probably not all that different from each other - if we could ever measure such a thing, but you may very well be right. Women do tend to report feeling pleasure from an orgasm in many parts of their bodies including "toe curling" and tingly feelings along their spines, etc.
Here's a great video about how the clitoris plays into the female orgasm, and what the clitoris actually is and where it is located.0 2 0 0thanks for the vid! I honestly didn't know, I assumed more nerves = better!
My understanding is that a clit isn't necessarily more sensitive as much as the nerve endings are more dense (because it's smaller). I guess we can't know what feels better unless we looked at MRI scans or something.
0 3 0 0its definitely really smaller which would make sense yeah

It is not true, they both evolve from the same issue, which means the sheer number of nerve endings (and thus, physical sensitivity) has to be about equal - obviously it's concentrated in a much smaller area in a clitoris than in a penis. However, that says nothing about the actual strength, intensity and duration of male and female orgasms. There have been studies using MRI scans, you can look them up. It seems that although men and women experience sexual arousal differently (which makes sense, given out different anatomies), we experience orgasms in a very similar way. Regarding duration, I've seen many claims that female orgasms are significantly longer, but none that is backed up by scientific evidence. So who know really... it probably varies a lot anyway.
0 0 0 0interesting, I've seen really different information, its difficult to find this information.
Supposedly the clitoris have twice the erogenous nerve-endings, the penis have, so.. Also, the male orgasm is generally centered around a single space, where as the female orgasm is more of a full-body experience.. eventually at least. Mind you, this is on average.. I can't account for individual traits. :)
0 0 0 0we are definitely all unique so its difficult to make a generalization :P

4 10I don't know how anyone could have orgasms more intense than some of the ones I've had.
1 0 0 0I am not sure but I suspect yes to some degree. This is because the "glans clitoris" (aka "the clit", the tip of the clitoris) is much smaller than the "glans penis" (the colored top of the penis) so the concentration of nerves is higher.
0 0 0 0yeah more nerves by density make sense!
Yeah they are.
0 0 0 0They most certainly are.
1 0 0 0Yeah, I think it's measured by contractions or something like that, and women have many more during orgasm and can have multiple orgasms.
