I would say that is normal. I am a guy, and there are times, that after I masturbate my member stays hard for awhile, or engorged a bit. I too drip precum, and cum when it does go limp, and my boxers are wet throughout the day. So I would think that for a person who just had their "juices flowing" and "explode" may end up having "left overs" from our experience. lol Get it? lol
