Not necessarily. She is enjoy herself, that's for sure. But an orgasm is a complete release of built up body tension. What you listed are signs of arousal. Her body is seeking an orgasm and preparing herself for it.

If she doesn't have specific signs of orgasm, like one huge moan (not that every woman has that, I just mean that if she doesn't have a definite sign that makes you know for sure), the best way to figure out if she had it is asking her.
