Lets look at it this way. How would you feel if you found out your girlfriend was having phone sex? If you say you wouldn't care...what if the guy was your best friend?

Would you have phone sex with another girl in front of your girlfriend? No, you wouldn't. Therefore it's cheating.

Next time you're wondering if _____ is cheating just ask yourself if you would do it in front of your girlfriend. Or, ask yourself if you would be okay with your girlfriend doing it.

if you and a girl are in a relationship then yes its cheating.. your doing somthing and providing somthing that should only be reserved for your partner..
