  • Not 100%, no.

Yes there are time, when you're not ovulating, that it's pretty unlikely for you to get pregnant in, but essentially every time a guy cums inside a girl there's a CHANCE of pregnancy, it's just less prominent at certain times than others.

The only way it would really be 'safe' is if you'd both been tested, and you were on and correctly taking the pill. And even then - there would still be a tiny, tiny chance of pregnancy - because nothing is 100%.

    • Abstinance = 100%

    • yes - abstinence =noting=100% :)

  • It's never 100% safe, but your odds are better for not getting pregnant when you are not ovulating.

Cumming inside a girl is the ultimate for both guys and girls, but I wouldn't recommend you and your lover or lovers doing that until you have a little chat knowing that it is just possible things won;t work out like you thought and you could end up parents. I think if you are prepared for that go for it and have a good time.

  • STD's don't really care if you are ovulating so no it is not safe. As for pregnancy sperm can live for up to a week inside you so no it is not safe.

  • Nope... The ovum is able to live quite long.. Plus, ovulation doesn't happen at exactly the same times each month. Stress is able to displace the event of ovulation for as much as 5 days, even.

Notice that the 'rhythm method' (that I assume you're proposing) has a 25% failure rate.

    • if you're not ovulating.. Sure.. But you have to be sure you are ABSOLUTELY NOT OVULATING. In other words: when you're on the contraceptive pill, it's fine... The failure rate is about 8 percent, even when used incorrectly, or 0.3 percent when it's used perfectly..

    • > Nope... The ovum is able to live quite long No it isn't. If I recall correctly it survives for about 1 day. Sperm however can stay alive for a few days.

    • gggaaah! you're right XD..

  • I don't think that's ever safe, even with birth control, there's a chance.

  • No.

  • It is okay if you're not ovulating but you still need a contraceptive. Get a backup plan.

  • No it isn't safe if you aren't using contraception

  • you need birth control for him to do that.

  • it's never safe if you don't want to have a baby and if you're not on any birth control.

  • Sperm can live inside you for several days. Even if you aren't ovulating at the time you have sex, you could be later. Better to have some reliable form of birth control.
