Is it slutty for your bra to show through?

This is for guys and girls but if a girl wears a t-shirt, regular white t-shirt(Hanes or whatever) & you can see her red, pink or neon bra, do you think it's slutty?

May be you never have the intention to be slutty but it simply gives free entertainment to bad guys. This may even piss your boyfriend off to some extent. So, sometimes you need to think how not to be ignorant about your surroundings. Yes, sometimes you are in a hurry to go somewhere and have no time to think about color of bra or top or whatever the sh*t is. Not if you have busy schedule. But, still... be considerate which would otherwise becomes a habit to ignore dress sense with respect to decency :)

Slutty is behavior, not clothing.

This outfit wouldn't be appropriate in many settings (most workplaces, church, city council meeting, etc.), but in others would be completely fine. It's all about context.

BUT, wearing an obvious-colored bra that you know is visible through your shirt will get you some sexual attention from men, and those won't always be the men you WANT to be interested in you, but that comes with the territory, so there should be no complaining about it when it happens.

I think wearing a neon bra already signifies that you're looking for some attention from people... In some places it's okay, but if I didn't want my underwear to show, and if I weren't looking for sexual attention, I'd wear either flesh-colored bra, or a bra that matches the color of my top. It always looks so tacky to me, though.

I do that sometimes but totally unintentionally. It usually happens when I am late for something or sleepy or in a hurry. I think it looks trashy if you do it intentionally so I guess people would think so too because it's not like they know that it's by accident. :/

I don't think it is at all, Its one thing if your shirt is a fishnet or something and its like your trying to show but a white tee with a little color I think is cute

I think it's OK. I think it might look cool, but I guess it'd depend on a case by case basis. Neon might be a little...overboard though. I just get weird images in such a scenario. :P

And I'd personally never consider it 'slutty'. I don't really use that term myself. Slutty implies behavior methinks, not how one dresses.

No, it's not slutty. I don't prefer a girl to look like that unless she is trying to attract someone she knows. But, I don't think it's an appropriate way to look if she is going shopping, or walking around a big city, or something like that.

I think a lot of girls do the white bra thing because they misunderstand how to prevent the bra from showing through. They think white shirt, white bra. It's white shirt, nude or beige bra. Just a thought

In order to hold something up, u need tension so something thick and strong, so bra lines you can’t avoid. But if you wear a low cut shirt or see through with your bra cup showing. I wouldn’t complain either way.

Speaking of bras, I have a question. There's this girl that has been wearing tank tops lately and her bra strap keeps slipping off of her shoulder a lot. Does that happen often or does it just not fit her properly?

It doesn't fit properly or could possible be worn out. She needs to adjust the straps with the little plastic(normally plastic) thing which lets you make the straps bigger or smaller, or find better fitting bras. It happens. Wrong bra with the wrong top at the wrong time
